The outstanding four piece rock/blues group formed in 1998 in Scotland. Heavy rehearsals followed with debut gigs at the 10th anniversary Great British Rhythm and Blues Festival in Colne, Lancashire on August Bank Holiday weekend 1999.
Again, the band will be performing two gigs at the Colne festival in August 2000 (see GIGS below). The band recently did a session on the Paul Jones Blues Show on BBC Radio 2 (10 February 2000), which Paul Jones referred to as an "assured debut". Tracks featured on the show were "Tell Me", "Lonesome City Blues" and "Big Black Car".
Lead guitarist Alan Wheeler was previously a member of the Hideaway Blues group. Alan’s influences cover the guitar greats from Jimi Hendrix and Stevie Ray Vaughan, to Walter Trout. The band are all resident in the central belt of Scotland (Hamilton, Beith and Bonnybridge).
